After attending college at the University of the District of Columbia, William started his career in financial planning. While working full time for the Federal Bureau of Investigation he began a part-time position with a small insurance and investment firm in 1990. In 1991 he bid farewell to the federal government to pursue financial planning at Wilson & Associates full time. He remained with them for ten years. In July 2001 Mr. Warner founded Main Street Financial Group. In addition to being president of Main Street Financial Group, Mr. Warner is a Certified Fund Specialist, CFS. He obtained his CFS designation from the Institute of Business and Finance. As a former federal government employee himself Mr. Warner holds an affinity for federal workers. Such interest led William to obtain a thorough knowledge of federal employee benefits. Mr. Warner’s areas of focus are retirement income planning and insurance needs analysis.
William enjoys travel and spending time with his family. He is also involved in several ministries at his church. William resides in Annapolis, Maryland.
Office Assistant
Cheryl S. Warner started her career in 1974 as a Senior in High School. She worked part time as an Administrative Assistant with the Office of Probation and Parole while continuing her studies at Spingarn High School. After graduation from high school, she started work in law enforcement with the D.C. Department of Corrections and pursued her education in Criminal Behavior at the University of District of Columbia while employed with the D.C. Department of Corrections. She rose through the ranks at Corrections until her retirement in 2008.
In 2009, she went to work at Righttime Medical Care and in 2017, The Pediatric Group until she retired from the latter in April 2020. Cheryl enjoys performing administrative work as she has worked at her church office and has volunteered performing administrative work in other venues. She currently continues that work with her brother’s company, Main Street Financial Group, LLC. Cheryl enjoys serving at her church in the Media Ministry, Music Ministry and wherever she can lend a helping hand, traveling and spending time with family!
Marketing/Admin Assistant
Noah is a full-time student at Anne Arundel Community College. She assists with marketing and office administration task. When not in class or working she enjoys spending time with friends, writing & family vacations.
President & Owner of Chuk Mills Association
Mr. Mills is a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland. Mr. Mills has thirty-five years of tax preparation. Mr. Mills’ tax experience includes accounting experience with individuals, partnership and corporations (public and not-for-profit).
Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Mills served as the Chief Financial Officer for College and University professional Association for Human Services, a national educational not-for-profit association, Mr. Mills was previously employed as the accounting manager with Noble and Company, a regional CPA firm located in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Mills was raised in the United States Virgin Islands and have been residing in Maryland since 1983. Mr. Mills earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowie State University in 1987 and his CPA certification in 1988.
Mr. Mills is the current treasurer for the Bowie State Alumni Association and a volunteer for numerous local not-for profits. He is a member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Mr. Mills is the president and owner of Chuk Mills Association, a public accounting firm.
